To register for the conference you must complete the five
steps described here. The completed registration form may be mailed or faxed to the Registration Chair. We ask that you also submit an electronic copy
of the form. The electronic submission is not an official
registration; it is merely used to simplify the registration process.

Step One: The Registration Form
Please fill out this form in your web browser.
Do not include my name
or email address in the list of IUI 99 attendees.
Conference Fees (Conference fees include one copy of the proceedings
and admission to all sessions.)
* ACM member registrants must enter their ACM membership
number above.
** Student registrants must include a clear copy of valid student ID or a tuition receipt.

Step Two: Making a Letter for
Mailing or Faxing
Make a printable version of the form by pressing the "Make Letter"
button. This will take the information in the form and produce a new page with a
summary of the information. Check the information for incorrect entries. Use
the print command in your web browser to get a copy of the form.
Step Three: Unofficial Electronic Submission
You may have noticed a button labeled "Unofficial Electronic Submission" on
the page created by the "Make Letter" button above. Return to that page by
pressing the "Forward" button in your web browser or by pressing the "Make
Letter" button again. Verify the information is correct, and then press the
"Unofficial Electronic Submission" button to send your information to the
Registration Chair.
Note: This will not register you for the conference; it
will only send a copy to the Registration Chair. This copy must be followed by a
form sent by regular postal mail or by fax.
The Registration Chair will only use the electronic copy to simplify data entry once
the other copy is received.
Step Four: Submit Form by Mail or Fax
Mail or fax the completed form that your printed in Step Two to
the Registration Chair

Confirmation
After you have sent your registration materials in, you should receive confirmation by
both email and physical mail. If you do not receive such confirmation, or if you have
additional questions, please contact the Registration Chair.
