INSTRUCTIONS FOR AUTHORS
OF FULL PAPERS
We invite high-quality original papers on research and development in the field of Intelligent User Interfaces. Papers should highlight both the general scientific contribution of the research and its practical significance. Videos supporting full paper submissions are encouraged where appropriate. However, papers will be judged independently of any accompanying video. Papers must not be published elsewhere as copyright of the paper is transferred to ACM for publication in the Conference Proceedings.
To submit a full paper to IUI98, please follow this checklist:
- Prepare an IUI98 Cover Page.
- Complete your paper using a maximum of eight (8) pages in the IUI98 Paper Format.
- (Optional) Prepare an NTSC VHS Video according to the IUI98 Video Instructions.
- Make five (5) copies of the cover page, paper, and video.
- Staple each copy of the paper, with the cover page at the front.
- Send the five copies of all materials to the Program Chair.
Submissions must be received by July 1st, 1997.
We recommend the use of an express courier rather than regular postal service.
IUI98 is not able to accept submissions by FAX, email or electronic means.
Important Dates
Submissions: July 1st, 1997
Review notification: September 1st, 1997
Final submissions: October 15th, 1997
