Instructions for presenters at IUI 2012

The times below include a 1 minute slot for changing and introducing presenters etc.

Full papers have a 25-minute slot (20 for presentation, 4 for questions).

Short oral presentations will be delivered in the same sessions as full papers, and they will receive a 15-minute slot (11 for presentation, 3 for questions).

For the TiiS special session, Long Presentations are limited to 20 minutes (15 presentation + 4 Q/A). Short TiiS presentations are limited to 10 minutes (7 presentation + 2 Q/A)

To all authors: please bear in mind that IUI 2012 is single track. This means that a delay in your paper presentation can cause a delay to the entire venue on that day. Please make sure you respect your time slot (and in doing so, show courtesy to other speakers). It is strongly advised that you check your presentation / projector connections etc BEFORE your session.
